Welcome to Wisdom Tutorials! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Wisdom Scholarship Admission Test (“WSAT 2026”) conducted by Wisdom Tutorials (“the Institute”). By registering for WSAT 2026, the student and, where applicable, the parent/legal guardian, agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Eligibility
WSAT 2026 is open to the following categories of students, subject to the conditions below:
- Students currently studying in 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Grade from CBSE, ICSE and State Board.
- Students currently studying in 11th Science & Commerce – State Board.
- Students currently studying in 11th Commerce – CBSE Board.
- Only English Medium students are eligible to apply.
The scholarship is intended for students who wish to pursue in-person/offline education at the following applicable branches of the Institute:
- Palghar
- Saphale
- Dahanu
The eligibility for each scholarship group under Clause 4 shall be determined according to the student's current grade at the time of applying for WSAT 2026.
2. Registration and Information Accuracy
- Registration for WSAT 2026 is free of cost.
- The student/parent must provide true, complete and accurate information at the time of registration.
- Academic details provided must correspond to the student's actual current grade, board and medium of instruction.
- False, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of registration, candidature, result or scholarship, at any stage ofamento the WSAT process.
- The Institute may request supporting documents for verification of the information submitted, including but not limited to a school identity card, [Aadhaar Redacted], or other government-recognized identity/academic documents.
- Relevant academic or identity documents may be required at the time of admission or scholarship activation.
- Any discrepancy discovered after scholarship allocation may result in review or cancellation of the scholarship.
Duplicate or Multiple Registrations
- Each student may register for WSAT 2026 only once, unless expressly permitted otherwise by the Institute in writing.
- Multiple registrations using different mobile numbers, email IDs, names or other identifying details may lead to disqualification.
- The Institute reserves the right to consolidate, reject or cancel duplicate registrations at its discretion.
3. Examination Process and Evaluation
- WSAT 2026 consists of two stages: the Online WSAT Gateway and the Offline WSAT.
- Students who qualify the Online WSAT Gateway shall be eligible to appear for the Offline WSAT Examination at Palghar Branch.
- The Offline WSAT examination shall carry negative marking. For every incorrect answer, 0.5 marks shall be deducted from the total score obtained by the student.
- The complete examination instructions, including the applicable marking scheme, shall be published on the official website and communicated to students prior to the Offline WSAT.
- Scholarship groups shall be awarded based on the applicable WSAT performance and the scholarship criteria set out in Clause 4.
4. Scholarship Groups
The scholarship groups under WSAT 2026 and their respective benefits are as follows. Eligibility for each group is determined according to the student's current grade at the time of applying:
Shastra – 1 Year 100% Scholarship
- Eligible Grades: 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th Grade (CBSE, ICSE & State Board); 11th Science & Commerce (State Board); 11th Commerce (CBSE Board).
- Awarded to students scoring 85% or above in the applicable WSAT evaluation.
- One (1) winner shall be selected from each eligible grade, resulting in a total of 5 (five) Shastra scholarship winners.
Vidya – 2 Years 100% Scholarship
- Eligible Grades: 7th & 8th Grade (CBSE, ICSE & State Board).
- Awarded to students scoring 92% or above in the applicable WSAT evaluation.
- One (1) winner shall be selected from each eligible grade, resulting in a total of 2 (two) Vidya scholarship winners.
Gyaan – 3 Years 100% Scholarship
- Eligible Grade: 7th Grade (CBSE, ICSE & State Board).
- Awarded to students scoring 94% or above in the applicable WSAT evaluation.
- One (1) winner shall be selected, resulting in a total of 1 (one) Gyaan scholarship winner.
Tattva – 5 Years 100% Scholarship
- Eligible Grade: 7th Grade (CBSE, ICSE & State Board).
- Awarded to students scoring 96% or above in the applicable WSAT evaluation.
- One (1) winner shall be selected, resulting in a total of 1 (one) Tattva scholarship winner.
Where more than one student in the same eligible grade meets or exceeds the applicable minimum qualifying percentage for a scholarship group, the scholarship for that grade shall be awarded to the student with the highest score.
Scholarships awarded under WSAT 2026 are merit-based, non-transferable and non-cashable, and shall not be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
Resolution of Equal Scores
Where two or more students achieve the same highest qualifying score within the same grade for the same scholarship group, the Institute shall first consider the marks obtained by such students in Mathematics and Science, and the student with the higher combined marks in Mathematics and Science shall be awarded the scholarship. Where the tie persists even after considering Mathematics and Science marks, the Institute reserves the right to determine the scholarship recipient through an additional assessment of the concerned students, a mutual discussion with the students/parents, or such other reasonable method as the Institute may determine at its sole discretion.
5. Scholarship Continuity
- Where a student qualifies for the Shastra, Vidya, Gyaan or Tattva scholarship group, the scholarship shall be applicable for the respective eligible duration, subject to compliance with these Terms.
- Where a scholarship student progresses from Grade 10 to Grade 11, the scholarship may continue only for the Science or Commerce stream offered by the Institute.
- No stream, course or program other than those specified in these Terms is included under the WSAT scholarship.
Annual Performance Review — Tattva Scholarship
- Given the extended duration of the Tattva scholarship, its continuation in each subsequent academic year shall be subject to an annual academic performance evaluation of the student conducted by the Institute.
- Where a Tattva scholarship student does not maintain satisfactory academic performance in such annual evaluation, the Institute reserves the right to reduce, suspend or discontinue the scholarship for the subsequent academic year.
6. Grade 10 to Grade 11 Stream Selection
- A student who qualifies for a WSAT scholarship while currently studying in Grade 10 may continue the scholarship into Grade 11 only in the Science or Commerce stream offered by the Institute.
- The student may select the applicable stream when appropriate or communicate their choice upon reaching Grade 10 (and before admission to Grade 11).
- The WSAT scholarship does not include preparation for external competitive or entrance examinations, including but not limited to JEE, NEET, MH-CET/CET, unless expressly included by the Institute under a separate written policy.
Illustrative Example
If a student currently studying in Grade 7 qualifies for the Tattva scholarship, the applicable five-year scholarship period may cover the student's education from Grade 8 through Grade 12, subject to all applicable eligibility requirements and these Terms. Where such a student reaches Grade 11, continuation of the scholarship shall be restricted to the Science or Commerce stream offered by the Institute.
7. Board Continuity
- A student receiving a WSAT scholarship is expected to continue under the school board/academic pathway for which the scholarship was granted.
- Where a student changes board (e.g., CBSE to ICSE, ICSE to CBSE, or CBSE/ICSE to State Board), the Institute reserves the right to review and discontinue the scholarship where the changed board is not covered by the applicable scholarship terms.
8. Stream Discontinuation
- Where a student has selected a particular stream for Grade 11/12, and the Institute subsequently discontinues, closes or restructures that stream, the Institute cannot be required to provide a scholarship for a stream that it no longer conducts.
9. Changes in Education Policy / Regulations
Where there are substantial changes in applicable government regulations, education policy, board regulations, or statutory requirements that materially affect the delivery or continuation of the scholarship, the Institute reserves the right to modify, suspend, review or discontinue the scholarship to the extent reasonably necessary.
10. Scholarship Award, Verification & Claim
- Scholarship allocation is subject to applicable WSAT criteria, verification, and program availability.
- Upon declaration of results, a qualifying student must claim the scholarship and complete admission formalities within 2 (two) weeks of the result declaration. Failure to do so may result in the scholarship offer lapsing.
Admission Confirmation Fee
A student awarded a 100% scholarship under WSAT 2026 shall be required to pay an admission confirmation fee of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) at the time of confirming admission at the Institute. This fee is separate from the scholarship benefit and does not reduce or affect the scholarship percentage awarded.
11. Scholarship Restrictions
- Cannot be transferred, converted into cash, or claimed as a cash refund.
- Applies only to eligible educational program/tuition fee components specified by the Institute.
- Cannot be combined, clubbed or stacked with any other concurrent scholarship, discount or fee-waiver offered by the Institute.
12. Academic and Conduct Requirements
- Requires regular attendance, active academic participation, compliance with Institute rules, and appropriate student conduct.
Batch Timing
Scholarship classes shall be conducted according to the batch timing fixed by the Institute. If a scholarship-winning student is unable to attend the fixed batch timing, the Institute is not required to change its schedule for that student.
13. Unfair Means and Misconduct
Candidature, results, or scholarships may be cancelled for cheating, copying, impersonation, manipulation of registration info, misrepresentation, or disruptive behavior during the examination or related processes.
14. Cancellation / Revocation
Scholarships may be revoked for false eligibility data, fraudulent documents, multiple registrations, use of unfair means, violation of terms, program discontinuation, or failure to meet academic continuation criteria.
15. Consent to Use of Personal Attributes
Qualifying students and parents/guardians consent to the Institute's use of the student's name, photograph, video, voice recording, rank, and testimonials for promotional and publicity purposes across digital and print media without additional compensation.
16. Communication
Official WSAT communication will occur only through registered mobile numbers/emails, the official WhatsApp Institute Contact Number (+91 99702 47971), official WhatsApp channels, Instagram, and the official website.
17. Modification of Terms
The Institute reserves the right to update or revise these Terms when required due to programmatic, academic, regulatory, or operational changes.
18. Limitation of Liability
The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in WSAT 2026 beyond limits permitted by applicable law.
19. Force Majeure
The Institute is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by Wisdom Tutorials].
21. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for WSAT 2026, the student and parent/legal guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms must be read and accepted by the student's parent/legal guardian on behalf of minor students.
